Arizona’s Economy is now tracking and presenting data on daily vaccination rates, number of doses administered and number of doses administered per 100 persons in Arizona. Vaccination rates in our communities are important leading indicators for gauging economic recovery. As the impacts of COVID-19 have worked through our economy this past year, tracking the performance of the labor market and the travel and tourism sector has been key in predicting evolving economic conditions. We are now adding vaccination rates to the set of high frequency leading indicators we are following. These indicators will help us measure the emerging recovery as the virus is controlled. You can always find these data on our COVID-19 page. Stay tuned! We update this these indicators daily.

Daily Vaccination Data

The percent of people vaccinated is the number of individuals who have received at least one dose of a COVID-19 vaccination relative to the population of Arizona. The percent of people fully vaccinated is the number of individuals who have received a valid, complete vaccine series relative to the population. Vaccine data are from the Arizona Department of Health Statistics and population is from the U.S. Census Bureau.

This is the total number of doses administered in the state to date. COVID-19 vaccination data are provisional and are subject to change.

This is the number of doses administered within the state for every 100 people of the total population. *Population data used are from the U.S. Census Bureau 2019 population estimates which allows for comparison across states.
